Our school day begins at 8:00am.
Preschool kids may be dropped as early as 7am.
TK-12th may not be dropped off before 7:30am.
Pickup times:
TK-2nd at 3:10pm
3rd-5th at 3:20pm
6th-12th at 3:30pm
Preschool: Drop-off/pick-up is located on the south-facing side of the building (at the small portico).
Elementary: Drop-off/pick-up is located on the west-facing side of the building (the back). The car line forms on the Glenview Entrance.
Middle and High school: Drop-off/pick-up is located at the main entrance (north-facing, at the flagpole).
Elementary: Our ACE program (After-hours Connections and Enrichment) is a program offered to elementary students. ACE is available until 6pm on regular school days. ACE is an additional fee. To learn more, email Vicki Blair (vblair@bcsfw.org).
Parent Organization
Parents, grandparents, and guardians are automatically a part of Bethesda’s parent organization, Parents Making the Difference (PmD). PmD is a service organization which extends and enriches the ministry of Bethesda Christian School.
As a part of PmD, parents use their gifts and abilities by serving in various roles (listed below). PmD serves, supports, and prays for Bethesda faculty and staff, as well as their families, all while fostering closer relationships within the Bethesda community.
